Parcel\u00b7la en venda a Costitx 28.000m2 amb un petit edifici antic en ru\u00efnes.<\/span><\/h2>\n

El paisatge que envolta Costitx \u00e9s t\u00edpic de les antigues pr\u00e0ctiques agr\u00edcoles de Mallorca, un mosaic de camps antics plantats d’oliveres, garrofers, figueres i extensos ametllers envoltats de murs de pedra seca.<\/p>\n

Aquesta propietat consta de dues parcel\u00b7les separades que han estat cobertes de plantes d’ullastre. El petit edifici antic de la parcel\u00b7la, que ara est\u00e0 en ru\u00efnes, probablement s’utilitzava com a cabana de pastor durant la primavera, quan els ramats pasturaven sota els ametllers i les oliveres, i com a lloc per processar els productes dels ametllers i les oliveres en temps de collita.<\/p>\n

S’ha iniciat el proc\u00e9s de sol\u00b7licitud de llic\u00e8ncia per a un pou profund d’aigua, cosa que hauria de millorar qualsevol sol\u00b7licitud de llic\u00e8ncia d’obra per a les parcel\u00b7les.<\/p>\n

Tot i que estan cobertes de vegetaci\u00f3, les parcel\u00b7les s\u00f3n f\u00e0cilment accessibles des del poble de Costitx per una carretera asfaltada i a pocs minuts de la pla\u00e7a central del poble.<\/p>\n

Costitx, al Pla de Mallorca, \u00e9s un petit municipi de la regi\u00f3 central de Mallorca, fam\u00f3s pels caps de toro de l’edat de bronze coneguts com els Bous de Costitx, que es van descobrir al santuari talai\u00f2tic de Son Corr\u00f3, a prop del poble.<\/p>\n

Els originals s’exposen al Museu Arqueol\u00f2gic Nacional d’Espanya de Madrid, i el poble en t\u00e9 c\u00f2pies al centre cultural. L’Observatori Astron\u00f2mic de Mallorca tamb\u00e9 es troba just al sud del poble, cosa que afavoreix la seva ubicaci\u00f3 al centre de l’illa, l’elevaci\u00f3 del paisatge i els nivells de llum relativament baixos.<\/p>\n
