Raiguer – Where Mallorca’s Mountains Meet the Heartland
The Raiguer is one of Mallorca’s most diverse and dynamic regions, stretching from the foothills of the Serra de Tramuntana to the edge of the island’s central plain. With a mix of traditional towns, countryside estates, and strategic locations, the Raiguer offers the best of both worlds: scenic surroundings and excellent connectivity.
Whether you’re drawn to rustic fincas, renovated townhouses, or modern villas, this region offers exceptional variety and value — making it one of the most popular areas for property buyers on the island.
Where is the Raiguer?
The Raiguer runs in a northwest-southeast line along the base of the Tramuntana mountains, forming a natural transition zone between the mountainous west and the Pla de Mallorca in the island’s interior. It’s a highly accessible region, with the Ma-13 motorway running through it and Palma just 20–30 minutes away from most towns.
