This official verification App allows holiday makers to check whether a holiday rental is legally operating and does have an official license within the register of the tourism authority in Mallorca. In addition, users can find a map detailing all legal holiday rental options near their current location or chosen location. The opening screen of the app offers the option to search by name of the ETV holiday rental, the registration number, by address and by location. The description of an ETV property shows its name selected by the owner, it’s registration number, the number of tourism places it’s been granted and the number of rooms. The app only shows properties owned by private individuals who have registered in the ETV system other types of accommodation hotels. guest houses, are registered in a different system and don’t feature in the app.
