This is a seasonal rental with options for contracts between 1 month and 11 months, preference will be given to rental contracts of more than 2 months.
Monthly rental rates are from September to April 1600€ per month, May and June 2000€, July and August 2,400€. Two months deposit, and electricity will be charged a KW €0.25 recorded from a meter. The property is only situatable for adults, enquiries from families and tenants with pets will not be considered.

The house is located on a fenced 16.000m2 rural plot, there is a private gated driveway to the house which has a 350m2 fenced garden for the use of the tenants for parking and relaxation. It’s a private and quiet environment close to beaches of Alcúdia and the bay of Pollença, Alcudia is less than 10 minutes by car from the property.

There are two double bedrooms each with two single beds and built in wardrobes, a bathroom with a shower. The main living space is a living-dining room with an integrated kitchen. There is also a large porch with a dining area. The house has an air conditioning unit located between the bedrooms; water is included in the monthly rental.
