The location is a quiet street in the village which is only a two minute walk to the main plaza of the village and just a ten minute walk to the train station in Sant Maria del Cami.

The property is a traditional stone village house with a walled garden which over looks the countryside on the edge of the village. Distributed over two floors of approximately 200m2 in total, on the ground floor there is a large lounge dinner with doors to the garden, a separate rustic style kitchen which is fully equipped with fridge freezer and dishwasher, electric oven and gas hob. Also, on the ground floor a double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, and a room at the entrance which is generally used as storage. On the first floor a double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and a smaller double bedroom with twin beds.

The property has air conditioning on the ground floor and in the principal bedroom on the first floor, an ADSL connection and is furnished.

The monthly bills are ADSL, electricity and water. A deposit of two months’ rent is required to secure the contract.

The owner doesn’t normally accept pets but has done with a security deposit and only if pet is registered and chipped.
