A small rural property five minutes from the village of Muro and a fifteen minute drive from the capital of the Raiguer Inca. The bays and beaches of the north of the island of Mallorca are also easily accessible with a less than 20 minutes’ drive to Playa del Moro and Son Serra de Marina. The airport is approximately 40 minutes away.

The property is small but situated on a charming plot with open views a large terrace and a above ground pool. The property itself consists of a lounge diner, a bathroom with a shower and one bedroom. Offered furnished with basic bed linen for periods of not less than three months and not more than eleven months as a seasonal rental.

The properties facilities are air conditioning in the lounge diner an electric water heater electric oven and a butane hob. There is a laundry room with a washing machine facing the property across main terrace in front of the house and a small storage room ideal for someone who would like to secure bicycles or other equipment.

The plot is completely fenced and has an alarm system and an electric gate entry, included in the monthly rental amount is everything but the cost of electricity each month. The owners cover the cost of the alarm system the Wi-fi system which is available to the tenants and general garden maintenance and the maintenance of the pool during the summer months.

Ideally suited to an individual or a couple.

The owners will accept pets at a maximum of two both of which must be chipped and there will be a small deposit for any damages added to the deposit for the property.

Available from May of 2026 up until March of 2027 or for shorter periods which can be discussed. Deposit two months, one months rental in advance and one month’s agency commissions.
